"I purchased size small for my girls Pomeranian and dachshund/Chihuahua mix and it fits perfectly on them. Both have chest size around 18-19. Hoodies are not too big or too small, size is perfect. Fabric very high quality! The inside of the hoodie is super SOFT this is important for my Chihuahua mix because she is almost all skin on her neck, chest, and underarms. Hoodies are perfect!
